Sponsored by the Marshall Parks and Recreation Department, the Memorial Tree Program allows groups and individuals to donate trees to commemorate special events or as memorials to loved ones. Trees purchased through the program are planted and placed in the Marshall park system which includes Indian Foothills Park, Peyton Park, and Indian Foothills Golf Course. Exact placement is at the discretion of the Marshall Parks and Recreation Department.
Cost of the tree program is $100 for a 6’-8’ tree and $150 for a 8’-10’ tree. This includes the tree, plaque and the continued maintenance of the tree. After the tree is planted, the donor will receive a picture and the planting location for each tree. Trees will be planted twice a year, fall and spring. For more information, call the Marshall Parks and Recreation Department.
Please Visit Marshallmo.treekeepersoftware.com to find more information on all trees at Indian Foothills Park , Golf Course and Henry Peyton Park.
